Are You Suffering With Back Pain?
If The Answer Is YES, We Can Help You!
What Is Back Pain?
Back pain often stems from a range of underlying causes, each rooted in different factors affecting the spine. Commonly, it originates from muscle or ligament strains brought on by sudden movements, heavy lifting, or overuse. For others, structural issues like herniated discs or degenerative disc disease can cause pain by compressing nerves or altering the spine’s alignment.
Lifestyle and activity levels can also play a significant role in back pain. Prolonged periods of sitting, lack of exercise, or repeated actions that strain the spine may contribute to ongoing discomfort. Certain health conditions, such as osteoarthritis, can weaken bones in the spine, increasing the risk of fractures that lead to pain.
What Are The Symptoms To Look Out For?
Back pain is a complex issue that can present itself in many different ways. Some people experience sharp, stabbing pain that they can pinpoint to a specific location, while others feel a stiffness or general ache across their body. For some, the pain radiates to the hip, thigh, or even below the knee.
Nerve-related pain originating in the back can bring about a variety of sensations, such as burning, cold, deep aching, fullness, tightness, or pins and needles. Some people may even experience numbness or leg weakness. Those suffering from back pain might find it intolerable to sit, drive, ride in a car, or bend forward, while others may have the opposite reaction, preferring to sit because they can’t stand or walk comfortably.
In any case, back pain can significantly impact your ability to perform work duties or complete tasks around the house. It can detract from the enjoyment of favorite sports or leisure activities like hiking, golfing, attending a football game, watching a movie, or even taking a simple walk through the park on a sunny day.
Sleep can also become elusive, especially if nerve involvement is present, as with sciatica or radiculopathy. Nerve pain often worsens at night, making nighttime pacing common. Every back pain patient requires an approach tailored to their unique problem.

With each visit, we fine-tune our treatment approach and progression based on patient response and symptoms.
We also have a specialized approach for nerve-related pain and other options, like StemWave, that you won’t find elsewhere. Our goal is to provide the latest advancements in care.
